Our community is so blessed to have a strong group of non-profit organizations to support individuals with disabilities.

Each of these organizations touched Hailey's life in a very special way. The leaders of these organizations are dedicated to helping others and we wanted to share these resources with you.

Taylor's Place

Taylor's Place is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive community where adults with disabilities can live together and build meaningful relationships.

Moonlit Acres Retreat

To meet our guest’s needs for retreat and renewal by providing memorable inclusive experiences through fun, engaging, interest-based activities on the farm as well as in the community.

From supported retreat events and professional consultation to community get-togethers and betterment health and wellness workshops, Moonlit Acres offers something for everyone.

The Skill Tree

The Skill Tree is a dedicated learning hub for neurodivergent, autistic, and non-neurotypical individuals, offering a range of social and practical skill-building opportunities. Our goal is to empower individuals to thrive and succeed in a world that often isn’t designed with their unique needs in mind. Through tailored programs, we help participants develop the tools they need to navigate life confidently and on their own terms.

Meadow Creek Farm

The mission of Meadow Creek Farm & Calm Acres is to improve the well-being of individuals through customized equine experiences. It has been demonstrated that horses have an amazing power to unlock human potential. At Calm Acres we provide an environment where participants can relax, learn, and grow as they interact with this amazing animal.

Our horses are the "calm makers" at Calm Acres.

Timberbrook Farm

Harnessing the therapeutic power of animals to meet goals, inspire independence, and build a community.

Therapeutic riding encourages riders to develop an interest in the outside world, take bigger risks in life, and develop emotional control and self-discipline.
